War on Drugs now gained momentum, where everyone has his ear What's wanting to know every dawning day. Authority Commissioner General of the Prevention and Combating of Drugs Dr. William Rogers announced Sianga start with the judges and
magistrates who agitate cases of suspected involvement with drugs.
The statement was issued was charged with 97 names of big businessmen involved with drugs from the Regional Commissioner of Dar es Salaam Paul Makonda held in the hall of the International Conference Centre of Julius Nyerere in Dar es salaam.
Commissioner Sianga said there magistrates and judges who have been disrupted suspected cases of drugs which also said the case will go through all of the drug to identify and then will send the full list to the relevant authorities so that action can be taken.
He cited the case in which he claimed were frustrated by the judges to mention one where the evidence was clear that the defendant has swallowed drugs, but the judge said that the accused had problems of stomach ulcers.
Head of Dar es Salaam, Paul Makonda has promised to continue the fight on the users of these drugs, along with providing them with medical treatment to save the nation.
