Lissu, the commandant Ilala 'wachuana'kortini

Singida East MP, Tundu Lissu and regional police commander of Ilala, Salum Hamdani are vying to court in cases of inflammatory inayomkabili MP and newspaper editors dawn.

However, the Chief Resident Magistrate Thomas Simba today will make a decision as to whether Hamdani explain he knows about the Constitution of Zanzibar and as Chairman of the Zanzibar Electoral Commission (ZEC), Jecha Salim Jecha may cancel the election results.

That was after asking Lissu Hamdani, who is a witness for the prosecution, explain he knows about the Constitution of Zanzibar and as Jecha may cancel the election results.

Magistrate Simba arrived at that decision after the attorney, Paul Kadushi interrupt the witness to answer that question because it is not a lawyer, nor the constitution so he can provide interpretation of the Constitution of Zanzibar and that the Resident Magistrate's Court Magistrate does not have jurisdiction to hear constitutional issues.

Lissu interviewed Hamdani what police described him as to who wrote them? Their interview was as follows:

Hamdani: I wrote my notes as the complainant and that the gathering was not illegal, it was legal.

Lissu: Tell revered as impulsivity legally forbidden or not?

Hamdani: Haikatazwi.
