Bournemouth players will be required to sleep wearing miwani


Players club Bournemouth have been given a pair (Pair) glasses of orange (Orange Glasses) with the team so that they are wearing before going to bed to improve their sleep.




The club have proved that sunglasses players (SleepSpec) which helps minimize light blue (Blue Light) that comes in a mobile, Tablets, TV's.

Head of the Department of Health of Bournemouth, Craig Roberts said that sunglasses will bring beneficial changes and soon will begin to appear on the pitch.

"Many of our players spend too much time watching TV or playing a hotel in Computer Games," Roberts told The Sun. "The result of this is that they are struggling to get to sleep when they went to bed, something that brings impact on their performance on the pitch.

"On sleep when the body is pojirekebisha / repair themselves. If the Player does not get adequate sleep, he can play at a high level. We believe that providing players with 'SleepSpec' will help them get to sleep well without any side effects. "
