UDSM dragged to court


He claims he did not ask for a single registration in the college but was duly appointed and TCU
Dar es Salaam. The student who was expelled from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM), Alphonse Lusako has filed the Supreme Court should be allowed to weaning kukishtaki university studies.

Lusako represented by attorney Jebra Kambole asks the Court to sue UDSM Impe permit and for an interdict to prevent the decision kumfutia registration.

These applications have been opened under a certificate of urgency and are scheduled on May 23 by Judge Pellagia Khaday.

This is the second time for the college Lusako dismissal, the first time is December 13, 2011 being the third year allegedly provoking the strike.

However, he claims he was protesting corruption in the Commission for Universities (TCU) for registering students in the air and Credit Board of Higher Education Students (HESLB).

After a long stay in civilian life, he decided to apply for registration TCU to resuming studies. TCU signed by Pampanga UDSM law study courses.

After studying one semester, he was given a letter of annulment was registered incorrectly stating that the college had already windscreen already registered.

In an affidavit to the court, he claimed he did not ask direct registration UDSM but duly appointed and TCU with authority to evaluate its applications and to prescribe a college.

He claims he got the right to be heard in accordance with the principles of natural justice before deregistration for illegitimate reasons.

Before submitting an application in court, claimed on several occasions urged the UDSM imrejeshe college without success.

UDSM Lusako joined for the first time in 2009 as he admitted studying Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting.

In 2011 along with several colleagues were expelled and dissolved in the education system were allegedly coordinating strikes UDSM students.

In the strike, were protesting students sent home the first year who had arrived public universities to move that the budget is not enough. They argued air presence was ikiishia credit for some unscrupulous actors.

After the dismissal of the appeal enforce UDSM Council asking for it complies with the decision of the college but the council rejected their application.

August 30, 2012 they won a court case after dismissing the charges against them and had returned to college, he and 11 colleagues who were charged, but the university refused to take them back.
