Speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam over the weekend, Acting Director of TANESCO, Dr. Tito Rise, said in some parts of the city of Dar es Salaam there has been a problem of power cuts for those reasons.

He said the problem lies in the infrastructure TANESCO but the problem of developing the infrastructure from rain to rain and cause failure easily accessible.
