The former prime minister, Edward Lowassa said he was disappointed by the action of the Regional Government of Dar es Salaam to prevent democracy conference scheduled for today in the auditorium of Anatouglou.
Lowassa who is a member of the Central Committee of Chadema made the statement today (Saturday) when speaking to journalists in his office Mikocheni.
He said he condemned the incident and said the conference had no bad intentions, but was focused discussing various things for the future of the nation.
"I'm disappointed by this action and I wondered likemewi.Nchi this is this is one and everyone is right.
"Walituzuia public hearings we heard that, we have decided to hold meetings to follow us into the next," said Lowassa who served Monduli MP at different times.
During the meeting Lowassa was accompanied by the chairman of Organizing Committee of the conference Dr Makongoro Mahanga, who was surprised by the move by the Government to Dar es Salaam
