Deputy Minister of Health, Social Development, Gender, Elderly and Children, Dr Hamis Kigwangalla has instructed the men who gave pregnant women keep the pregnancy and raising children and not run away and arise after the baby is born.

In addition Dr. Kigwangalla said the Child Act No. 21 of 2009 takes into consideration the whole issue of the provision of care, maintenance and protection of the child.
