Dar es Salaam. The eighth witness in the case of armed robbery and wounding inayomkabili defendant, Salum Njwete popular Scorpion, Deus Magosa (45) has told the Court that the information he was forced to lay down yosomewa court police.
"I remember I gave them information but not because I was interrogated twice, there are two paper the first thing I said the fact that it is here in court and the second was forced to accept that Njwete been wounded man to cast eyes," he claimed.
Magosa famous 'Cotton D' claimed yesterday while testifying in Ilala District Court.
The witness, who is commander in chief of voluntary protection in the area of Buguruni and merchant tables for a game of pool and a boda boda, led by Lawyer Senior Government, Nassoro Katuga, before Magistrate Flora Haule, claimed he knew Njwete as one of the guards in Kimboka clad pub area.
He claimed he was protecting them vendors selling goods along the road to Mandela, out of the pub Kimboka and that he was the one who enabled him to get the job of defense for remuneration of Sh10,000 per day.
