Association for Democracy and Development (Chadema) today is expected to go to the High Court in Dodoma protest parliamentary elections in East Africa due to Parliament reject the names submitted by the party for two positions Chadema MPs East Africa on the
grounds that the party did not take into account terms of gender.
In accordance with the principle Chadema want one third of all members (9) of the Tanzanian community and not from each party. Case basis will require a third interpretation.
These decisions had been made tonight and Chadema parliamentary session convened in Dodoma.
