Pastor of Free Pentecostal Church of Tanzania (the Church) Branch Gezaulole Hai district, Emmanuel Ikizu (42) has appeared in Hai District Court on charges of raping his 7-year-old.
Reading the indictment in court before the judge who hears the case, Anold Kirekiano police prosecutor, Elisha Moleli said the accused had committed the offense of adultery, knowing to do so is a criminal offense.
He said that the accused committed the offense on January 17 this year at his home neighborhood of Gezaulo summer at 3:30 am for meddling in power and causing him severe pain his genitals.
The accused denied the charge which the judge who hears the case had diarrhea until February 9 this year for another mention and the suspect is in custody after failing to bail conditions.
