Chairman of the ACT party patriot, Zitto Kabwe raised stage Professor Kitila Mkumbo Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water and Irrigation. He said that the party has received the nomination for two hands, saying that Professor Kitila has written a letter
of resignation of his position of advisor to the Association and to remain a member of the ordinary.

Appointment of Prof. Kitila Mkumbo Permanent Secretary Ministry of Water and Irrigation
This morning President John Beer Magufuli has appointed Prof. Advisor our Guild Kitila Mkumbo Secretary General of the Ministry of Water and Irrigation. PATRIOT ACT Party has received notice kw two hands on the appointment of a consultant to our party because the President indicated that he felt that even Tanzanians on the opposition parties have the ability, professionalism and patriotism to serve our country. In this position of Secretary General of the Ministry, Kitila brother can not keep Consultant Association position that makes him attend all meetings of the Association, including the Central Committee. Mkumbo brother has written a letter of resignation of his position of advisor to the Association and to remain a member of the ordinary. His letter received it and allow Him With broad interest of our country.
PATRIOT ACT thank Kitila cycle relative to its contribution to the leadership of our party for all the time that he served as a consultant to our party members. The position of our party is a service of patriotism for the nation caused by every citizen, is the basis of our theme of 'Nation First, Today and Tomorrow', so we wish him all the best brother Kitila in his service to our nation in its place new. This Ministry is a great and very important for our country. Water is the single biggest problem that our citizens are experiencing it and If we can settle the nation. We wish you all the best brother in the cycle to finish strong increase water problems and make sure we establish a nationwide irrigation. We ask him to start with the agenda of Rural Water Fund and introduction For Rural Water Agency will kaosimamia availability of water for our citizens.
At this point, we see the President has decided to integrate our countries to work with people of all kinds to their ideology of the parties. Tanzanians are united by dividing zinaumiza statements more than the nation put together. We believe that President Ana goodwill in this nomination and we have given him our blessing founding member of the Association to the highest position of the public service. We believe the President will cast him and most importantly will not weaken the Tanzanians.
