Dar es Salaam. Commissioner Special Zone of Dar es Salaam Simon Sirro urged all who called the police for questioning on suspicion of drugs once they reach the center.
Commissioner Sirro said this today (Wednesday) when speaking to the press in which he said it prefers the men were reports that as innocent cleanse or been found guilty to be taken to court for other legal proceedings.
"For me to call the police who come to receive interrogation because someone comes to himself supports different and waits for power to be used to arrest dora where anything can happen especially for those who refuse to arrest." said Siro
