and practicing for an hour.



According to the study, the health benefits like reducing the amount of sugar in the body helps the body to produce a hormone known as complement Metabolism slows body. To complete this study 40 people used to bathe in hot water with 40 degrees and all seemed to reduce fat (Calories) 140 which is the same as running for an hour.



This study has also said that bathing in hot water helps to strengthen the respiratory system, avoiding the high blood pressure and diabetes.
