Gole WAMNYOOSHEA REGISTRY MEMBERS ON CRISIS CUF
The Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Constitution and the law, imemtaka Registrar of Political Parties to comply in addressing the crisis of leadership in the Chamber of Citizens (CUF).

Yesterday, Member of Madaba, Joseph Mhagama (CCM), reading the statement of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on the Constitution and the law on the implementation of the budget of the office of prime minister for the financial year 2016/17 and the estimates of revenue and expenditure for the year 2017 / 18, said CUF crisis that can lead to the impact of the Union.
Mhagama who had read the speech on behalf of the Chairman of the committee, Mohamed Mchengerwa, said: "In the ongoing conflict in CUF, the Committee advises the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties to take sufficient efforts to resolve the crisis in order to avoid significant impact that may arise in the United .
"The committee will instruct the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties comply with laws, regulations, procedures and professionalism in the management and delivery of subsidies to political parties and to ensure that these procedures are followed in giving subsidies to political parties."
While saying this, members of CUF who support the Secretary General of the party, Seif Sharif Hamad, spoke to the press and asked the Registrar of Political Parties, Judge Francis Mutungi stop interfering and provoking a crisis within the party since it has no authority to ordained them leaders.
Speaking on behalf of other members, a member of the Steering Committee of the party who is also a Member of Tandahimba, Ahamad Hemp, said CUF contradicts Justice Mutungi interferes with the operation, the decision by the party's activities.
"CUF flowing vulnerable, the registry keeps being misused kutugawa opponents, we asked to oversee justice," he said.
About the functioning of the National Electoral Commission (NEC), the Parliamentary Committee for Justice and Constitutional Affairs, advised the commission to take enough efforts in the improvement of the permanent register of voters.
"These measures should include the provision of civic education, especially the enrollment of voters for more young people so they can use their constitutional right to vote or to be voted," said Mhagama.

In his budget speech, the Prime Minister, Kassim Majaliwa, said his office requests put to Sh 121.65 billion for Parliament flow being Sh 114.45 billion for recurrent expenditure and Shs 7.2 billion development expenditure.
With regard to the Prime Minister's Office and the institutions under it, he asked Parliament to authorize 171.66 billion flow Sh Sh 74.64 billion recurrent expenditure and Shs 97.02 billion.
