Counsel claims murder of Dr. Mvungi Suspect admits to the murder implement wage of 30,000 Tsh



Defendant Paul Mdonondo 6 charged with killing a fellow who was a member of the Constitutional Commission of New Dr. Sengondo Mvungi, claims he took part in the event and had paid the Sh 30,000 for work he did.


These were noted yesterday in Court judge Resident Magistrate, Dar es Salaam when Counsel of the Republic, Patrick Mwita had read the testimony of 30 witnesses are expected to testify in this case the Supreme Court.

Paul called the defendant claimed he interviewed police, admitted to participate in the event and that his job was to protect neighbors from coming to provide support for Dr. Mvungi during the raid taking place.

The defendant allegedly sat out with stones to prevent neighbors, he managed and paid Sh 30,000 and the event was finished he went towards the bus plant in its operations Kariakoo.
