WAR AGAINST ALCOHOL TO parcels, parcels businessman surrendered 140 million

Businessmen 13 districts of Babati and Hanang 'Manyara, has surrendered 1,540 cartons of beer packaged in paper (parcels) worth sh140 million.



Traders were surrendered these cartons alcohol parcels before the raids conducted by the police, officials of the national security, food and medicine (TFDA) and the tax authority in the country (TRA).

Speaking yesterday to the press, the police commander of the region of Manyara, assistant commissioner (ACP) Francis Massawe said traders were surrendered themselves parcels that would be coerced.

Commander Massawe said in Hanang district 'zilisalimishwa 871 cartons and cartons zilisalimishwa Babati district 669 and the traders who are to be commended for that action.
