Former President of South Korea Park Geun-hye said Fredrick matwa


Former President of South Korea Park Geun-hye, who was ousted earlier this year, was arrested on Friday.


According to the judge, the arrest of Ms. Park has been driven by fears that he may try to destroy evidence of the offenses he is accused of. Prosecutors announced on Monday that they were pursuing his arrest on charges related to the abuse of power, corruption and leaking important information.

Park had been held for some time in the office of the special prosecutor in Seoul. Amepelekwa station obstruction of Seoul on Friday, where his partner Choi Soon-sil and other influential people linked to the charges, including the successor to Samsung, Lee Jae-yong also impacted.

Park has not yet recited formal charges. He was taken to power March 10 after the constitutional court decide remove from charges of corruption.
