Resident Tazara Magorofani, Shaban Biro (47), has appeared in Ilala District Court, to answer the charge of distributing and showing pictures of the vacuum in social networks.
Biro (47), appeared before the court today and the charge read out before Magistrate Flora Jaya.
Reading the indictment, attorney Glory Mwenda, claimed that the accused committed the crime in March 2016 Kilosa district of the existing districts of Ilala.
He accused allegedly distributing those images on social networks using mobile phone type of Huawei that were zinamwonyesha Nuru Awadhi making love.
The accused denied the accusation and the judge Jaya was perpetuating the case until April 17,2017 mention.
