The new Minister of Information, Arts, Culture and Sports has answered the question of several reporters who interviewed the news earlier today after a White House swearing on the outskirts of Dar es Salaam.
Mwakyembe minister was quoted as saying the following words on the saga lililotikisha headlines in the country for a week now.
